New Album has arrived!

Creation SingsI'm delighted to be able to tell you that the new album, CREATION SINGS, has finally arrived! I'm really pleased with it. Once again Mark Edwards has come up with some amazing arrangements, drawing together instruments from various genres, from accordion, fiddle, whistles and bouzouki, to melodica, harmonium, banjo, pedal steel guitar and string quartet. The package also includes a DVD of the tracks being recorded in the studio, together with interviews about the songs.

Samples of the tracks are available for listening in the Shop, from where you can also order your copy of the album. As with all the albums on the site, postage and packing is free.

I am listening to the album now, and I absolutely love it. I love the acoustic folk arrangements, and new arrangements of familiar songs. I love 'Gethsemene' especially, and I love the ending to it too. Great songs, great arrangements, musicianship and content that bring tonnes of glory to God, brilliant!

This album is a masterpiece. It pulls worship right out of your spirit. Love the new arrangement for "My Heart Is Filled With Thankfulness".

I love it and hope my church will use some of the songs - but we haven't got on to the new ones on There is a Hope yet.... DVD is fascinating (much better than the "mutual admiration society" on TiaH) - wish we could have had more on how the songs developed. Slightly puzzled by "It's my fault" - I love it, but it has no christian content at all - is this deliberate?

Stuart, I absolutely love the new album. The weird thing is, I can't quite understand why. It's not my typical listen, but there's something about it that draws me back again and again. It is by far my most listened-to album of 2009, having bought it some weeks back, I have played it at least twice every day. My fav track is "My heart is filled with thankfulness". I just love the arrangements on that. Thanks for all your excellent musicianship. Would love to get you to our church.... just need to work on the Pastor... :-)

Been playing 'Come, People of The Risen King' to death off your website, pending the arrival of my CD. It was an immediate success when you tried it at church a few weeks ago, but it sounds so delicious here. Really great band - Marky is a clever boy, and that's some lovely noodling from Julian, but I think I most enjoy the way it's so unhurried. It's like a call to worship without an implicit "and you've got 35 minutes to do it in." Now trying to work out how to get that riff out of my head (where it's been for about 3 days).

Ever since I downloaded your cd from iTunes, I've played it constantly! Brilliant!
I even downloaded Monument to Mercy yesterday. Totally different, but I love it, too.
Stuart, if you don't mind, could you explain 'My Fault'? I enjoy the music very much, but I'm just a bit confused on what the song means.
Thanks so much!

Brilliant album Stuart. I'm a missionary from Ireland, serving in Peru, South America along with my wife and baby daughter. It's been lovely over this past week to listen to familiar instruments, charming melodies, and fresh expressions of timeless truth.

Thank you for your service to the Body of Christ.

Had the pleasure of being in Keswick this years so heard most of the album during the week. Absolutely brilliant. Creation Sings and Come People of the Risen King are two of my favourites but a brilliant CD.
Every blessing and looking forward to more superb CDs.

Stuart,

This is an outstanding album. Thank you for serving our church, and so many others, so well! May the Lord give you many years to continue writing such excellent songs.

I'd like to use "To See the King of Heaven Fall" with strings. Are the string parts available? Would be happy to pay whatever's necessary.
